Financial Aid

CMYSA is committed to making soccer affordable for all community members regardless of the level of play.


Minimum required payment for all players.  Financial Aid is then applied to the remaining balance.


  • Players must pay current evaluation Fees.
  • $100 Towards team fees due at registration
  • $150* uniform fee (if player does not already own)
  • Total minimum cost per FA player = $300


Financial Aid application for the 2025 season is now closed.


Guidlines

  •  Eligibility for CMYSA Financial Assistance does not guarantee that a competitive player will receive assistance
  • Funds are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Families must complete the online financial assistance application that is part of the registration
  • Families must provide supporting documents online for a player to be considered. Incomplete applications will not be considered
  • At the time of registration, each player is required to pay $50 towards their annual player fee during registration
  • All financial aid players must purchase a uniform kit. The $150 uniform kit will be ordered in December
  • If player needs assistance with the uniform cost, a payment plan or used jerseys are available
  • If a family is deemed ineligible to receive Financial Assistance, the player will be notified by the CMYSA Financial Aid Committee via email and billed for the remaining amount due
  • CMYSA will maintain Financial Assistance data in strict confidence

Application Deadlines

TBD: 2015-2012 Birth Years (9U - 12U)
TBD: 2011-2005 Birth Years (13U-19U)

  • After this date, awards will only be made as long as funds are available.

Required Documentation

With the on-line form, you MUST upload supporting documentation. 


All applications MUST include the following:


  • First two pages of most recent completed 1040 Federal Income Tax Return.


Notifications

Families will be notified regarding the status of an application within four weeks of a completed registration. The CMYSA Financial Assistance Committee will contact applicants via email.


To ensure that Financial Aid Applications are completed as quickly as possible please be prompt in responding to any questions you may receive about your application.

Eligibility

A player may be eligible to receive CMYSA Financial Assistance if their family earnings are at or below Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG).
