Our program is based primarily on parent volunteers to coach. We need your help, please consider coaching your child. The success of this program relies on the support of everybody.

We recognize that many of you do not have soccer experience and that is okay! We will educate and give you the tools and the confidence to be successful.

Age-specific lesson plans are provided for each session throughout the season.  The lessons provide details instruction on what the kids should be doing and what you as a coach can be looking for and helping with. Most sessions you will be partnered with a CMYSA trainer as well. They will handle setting up and explaining drills. CMYSA’s Rec Director of coaching, should also be onsite and available to help every team have a fun and successful season.

Once the training portion of the session is done you are there to  provide positive feedback to your players and help sub in and out of play during the game.
